Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of www.prayxis.com (the "Site") and of Mr Manager, the property management software built and operated by Prayxis ("we", "us"), a proprietorship owned by Prakhar Pratap Singh, Gali No 2A, Purang Vihar, Raja ka Bagh, Devi Road, Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh 205001, India. By using either, you agree to them.

1. The Site

The Site describes our studio and our work. It is provided as it is, and we may change or remove content at any time. Nothing on it is an offer that binds us until we agree a project with you in writing.

2. Mr Manager

Mr Manager is for property operators and the staff and owners they invite. There is no self-service sign-up: access is granted to a person by an operator or by us, and sign-in is through a Google account. Cleaners and contractors use a private link and no account. You must not share your access, and you must not use Mr Manager to break the law or to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.

3. Your data and your responsibilities

An operator is responsible for the guest, owner and staff details it enters or receives in Mr Manager, for having a lawful reason to hold them, and for telling guests how their details are used. This includes any WhatsApp number it connects, which must be the operator's own and used in line with the WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta's policies. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Early release

Mr Manager is in early release. Some features described on our website are planned and not yet available, and features may change. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service while it is in early release.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, Mr Manager and everything we make remain ours or our licensors'. Data you put into Mr Manager remains yours. Names and screenshots of third-party brands on the Site belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we did.

6. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, or by the information an operator enters. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Mr Manager is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.

7. Ending access

We may suspend or end access to Mr Manager for misuse. An operator may ask us to close its account at any time by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to go elsewhere.
