Data deletion

You can ask Prayxis to delete personal data we hold about you. This applies to details from our website enquiries and to details held in Mr Manager, including WhatsApp messages and phone numbers.

How to ask

Email business@prayxis.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:

• your name, and the phone number or email address the data is held under;
• what you want deleted, such as WhatsApp messages, a guest record, or everything;
• if you are a guest, the name of the property or operator you booked with, if you know it.

What happens next

• We will check that the request comes from the person the data is about. We may reply to the phone number or email address in the request.
• We will confirm by email when the data has been deleted.
• For data held in Mr Manager, the operator decides why that data is used. We may tell the operator about your request and delete it on their instruction.
• We may keep a record where the law requires it, for example for tax or guest-registration rules. We will tell you if that applies.

Operators who want an account and all its data deleted can use the same address.
